Standard US shipping is free on every order, with no minimum and no code to hunt for. Express shipping is available at checkout for $25. Orders ship from our US warehouse, and you’ll get tracking by email the moment yours leaves.
The 100-night trial
Sleep on it for up to 100 nights from the day it arrives. Wash it, use it, live with it, then decide. If it isn’t the softest thing you own, send it back for a full refund.
Returns
Email hello@onelief.com with your order number and we’ll send a prepaid return label. Refunds go back to your original payment method as soon as the carrier scans your return; we don’t wait for the box to reach the warehouse.
Exchanges
Want a different color or size? Tell us in the same email and we’ll ship the replacement as soon as your return is scanned.
