Lief should have immediate access to the gates of heaven for their products! I received the Washed Linen bedding with the sheet set and duvet cover for my birthday. I am now uninterested in any other bedding. The cool washed linen feels so good against my skin. This has elevated my sleep significantly. Good quality but linen is not for me
This was my first time trying linen bedding after reading so many things about the fabric. I got the duvet cover in indigo, and it looked great. The material wasn't scratchy or rough to me. I really wanted to love it. You hear a lot about how linen is temperature regulating, but you don't hear anyone mention a downside to its heat-transferring properties. In my case, I have central air, I keep my room at 68 overnight, and the linen continuously pulled heat from my body and transferred it into the room. I thought I was a hot sleeper, but apparently not. The breathability feels like you're sleeping in nothing, which it turns out if you're the type of person who likes gravity blankets and heavy bedding, is the opposite of what you need. In short, I couldn't sleep. This was a learning experience. I normally sleep in Lief luxe sateen, and switched back to that after trying this. I can see linen being more suited to a pre-war apartment or home without central air.

We buy these duvet covers to go with our linen sheets. They're great! Our 65 lb dog sleeps on the bed with us and they hold up great. We DO put a light throw over it to protect it a bit from him, but they seem to hold up great. Especially if you change and wash them on a good schedule.
